Make Red Pepper Hummus easily at home

Making red pepper hummus at home is not at all difficult.

 

Ingredients: 

Chick peas - 200gm

Chopped red pepper - few slices

Pinch of salt

Olive oil 3 tsp

Ground cumin 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Tahini 6 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Water 6 tsp

 

Method:

Microwave chickpeas and red pepper for 2 mins on high power.

Pour them in a food processor. Add all the other ingredients and blend them to a smooth paste.
